The Prince Michael Awards Ceremony takes place over lunchtime; it is a daytime event. Ticket holders will be provided advice on detailed timings for the day, with a full schedule.
Bookings for a table or half table should be purchased as table-specific tickets. We cannot guarantee that groups booked via individual tickets will be placed together on tables however we will try our best to accommodate you where possible.
If you are purchasing multiple tickets, please provide names and email addresses for each attendee, this will allow us to contact them with respect to any dietary or access requirements.
Once your booking has been processed, you will receive an auto-generated confirmation email detailing how many and the type of ticket(s) you have purchased. If you have not received your booking confirmation within 15 minutes of making your booking, please check your junk folder.
Please note your booking confirmation is not your ticket. Tickets for the luncheon will be sent directly to guests closer to the event.
We will be in contact closer to the event secure any dietary or access requirements that guests may have.
If additional guest names are not provided, the purchaser of any group tickets will be contacted directly to request names and email addresses of each guest in order to secure dietary and access requirements.
Please add any relevant notes to the booking comments when purchasing your tickets so we can accommodate any special arrangements you may require.
Price and Payment
Payment must be made in full to confirm your booking.
Cancellations made within 30 days of event will result in 50% refund (Before 12th November 2023).
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 12th November 2023.
If you wish to cancel your booking, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and quote the booking reference on your booking confirmation along with the reason you are cancelling.
